Public Mediator of the Municipality of Kavarna

Since February 24, 2004, the municipality of Kavarna has a public mediator. Ms. Eli Mileva Dimitrova has been elected by a decision of the municipal council on January 27, 2004. The rules of organization and activities of the public mediator were adopted by the municipal council on March 26, 2005.
