Public Mediator of the Municipality of Shumen

The public mediator institution in the municipality of Shumen was established by Decision No.81 of the Municipal Council on Protocol No.7 of April 29, 2004. By the same decision the Municipal Council adopted Rules on the Organization and Activity of the Public Mediator for the Territory of Shumen Municipality. On September 30, 2004, on a sitting of the Municipal Council Mr. Hristo Hristov was elected as the first Public Mediator of Shumen Municipality.
