Bulgaria's Ombudsman: Heating Bills in Sofia "Enigmatic"

Sofia's Toplofikatsiq heating utility issues its clients "enigmatic" bills that are "impossible to read", Bulgaria's ombudsman Ginyo Ganev said Saturday.

A check in the heating utility's work following a series of complaints by customers has shown that the way bills are structured, subscribers have a hard time figuring out what they mean.

Ganev pointed out before Darik News that this was the main reason for him to alert the Constitutional Court for what he called a violation of heating services subscribers in the country.
